Important scheduling information

Dear Valued Customers, 

At Starpups, we pride ourselves on running a tight ship, especially as the holiday season approaches. To ensure that all our furry clients look their best for the holidays, we need your help in maintaining our schedule. 

Important Updates: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This will help us stay on track and minimize any potential delays. 

We’re enhancing our reminder system! In addition to the 2-day reminder text for your appointment, you’ll now receive a reminder one week in advance. This way, you’ll have plenty of time to prepare!

As a reminder, we have strict policies regarding punctuality. Late arrivals will incur a fee starting at $15. If you are more than a few minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge the full price of the service. We understand that no one likes fees, and we want to avoid them as much as you do. However, in order to maintain our schedule, we must enforce these policies without exceptions. 

Please remember to read the waiver you signed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this busy season as we strive to provide timely and safe service for all our furry friends.

Tracy is accepting new clients Under 25lbs

Sierra is accepting new clients of all breeds and sizes

Anthony and Paige are accepting new clients under 45lbs 

Sam is NOT accepting new clients at this time. 

The amount of time a service will take is determined at check-in. Please plan for 2-3 hours with Sam and 3-4 hours with Paige, Anthony, Sierra or Tracy.
If you're late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and will be Charged a cancellation fee. 

All pups must be picked up within an hour of receiving a call/text that your pup is ready for pick-up, failure to pick up on time will result in a fee.

Cancellation Policy: All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a charge to the credit card on file. (see "Policies" for more details)

Late Drop off/Pickup Policy: If you're late for your appointment there will be a fee or you will have to reschedule and will be Charged a cancellation fee.  All pups must be picked up within 1 hour of being notified they're ready for pickup unless otherwise agreed upon. (see "Policies" for more details) 

Bath & Brush: Ideal for short-haired breeds like labs, Dobermans, Corgis...Bath and brush, nail trim, paw pad shave and brushing
Bath & Tidy up: Ideal for dogs that get a haircut such as doodles (of all forms), poodles, Bichons, Schnauzers...(PUPPY'S FIRST PROFESSIONAL GROOMING EXPERIENCE) 

Bath and brush, nail trim, paw pad shave, neat or rounded or clean feet, sanitary trim, & eye/visor trim
Trim up: Ideal for dogs with "feathers": such as golden retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Shelties...Bath and brush nail trim, paw pad shave, neat or rounded or clean feet, sanitary trim, eye/visor trim. Trim ears, front legs, belly, chest, butt/back legs, & tail
Haircut: Ideal for doodles (of all forms), poodles, Bichons, Schnauzers...Bath and brush, nail trim, paw pad shave, neat or rounded or clean feet, sanitary trim, & eye/visor trim.  All over body shave between the lengths of  1/16” and 1 1/4”, trim ears and tail

You will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your request within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email, please resubmit your request or give us a call.

To submit a request for more than one pup, please submit each appointment request separately. If you'd like them scheduled on the same day or close to the same time, please give us a call or text us.
